A Singapore-based property developer commissioned us to fully strip and refurbish 4 apartments in a 9-unit Victorian property after a previous contractor’s work failed within two years. We resolved all structural and fabric defects, then completed full fit-out to a high standard. A company guarantee was issued. The developer continues to commission us across his Surrey & South-East portfolio.

Specialist roof repairs carried out by certified industrial climbers (rope access professionals), minimising disruption and ensuring safety at height.

The Challenge: The client reported a persistent leak on an L-shaped flat roof extension where water had been pooling for years. Previous construction failed to provide adequate drainage, leading to saturation and internal ceiling damage.

Our Solution: Complete strip to rafters — old roofing, felt, and saturated insulation removed entirely. New insulation & OSB Triple Panel with locking system. Corrected roof fall, GRP waterproofing system, perimeter ceramic tile edge detail, final polyurethane reflective white coating. Internal ceiling restoration fully repaired.

Result: The roof no longer holds water. The client now has a thermally efficient, fully guaranteed flat roof with a clean, modern finish inside and out.

A burst loft pipe caused catastrophic flooding over several days while owners were absent. Ceilings collapsed, floors destroyed, walls fully saturated. Our team deployed industrial drying equipment, then fully restored: flooring, plastering, electrics, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, redecoration. The clients confirmed the house was left in better condition than before the flood.

Full strip-out and rebuild featuring a navy feature wall, large illuminated mirror, vessel sink on oak vanity, wall-hung WC, walk-in rain shower. Wood-effect porcelain tiles, concealed cistern, premium chrome fixtures. Every element aligned to millimetre precision.

The client required a complete interior fit-out of the upper floors to create self-contained rental apartments, with the ground floor remaining occupied throughout. All works were executed to drawing and specification, with every trade managed in-house — ensuring full accountability and programme control on a live site.
